		<description>I recently readn and article about how teens actually &quot;play&quot; with their phones more than talking on them. Teens fully utilize every aspect of their cell phones, and I think it okay. We are a tech society. 

Parents need to enforce some rules. For example, texting at the dinner table should be forbidden to encourage conversation and placing phones on a centrally located family charging station to avoid late night action is a must. Parents shouldn&#039;t let teens talk into the night.
