IT Computer Poem of the Week
OK, today is another IT Thought of the Day Poem Day!
On Saturdays, I try very hard to honor the weekend by making my posts have a humorous bent. I have featured videos, jokes, stories, comics, music, and today, I offer you the IT Poem of the Week!
You have to love that name! They have many humorous poems on their site. I hope that you both enjoy it and go to their site to see all the other funny IT poems that they have. This week’s poem is a gift from Silent Words. It was Submitted by Burmah M. Teague from Chickamauga, GA (EMAIL: burmahteague@msn.com)
Today’s poem is just as relevant to IT Pros as it is to average users. Every single computer user can appreciate this one!
MY COMPUTER
My computer has a language
That is foreign to me
It speaks of RAM and Gigabytes
And what could ROM be!
I don’t understand the Windows
My computer says are there
Nor the Gem Clip at the side of my page
With eyes that blink and stare!
I don’t understand the cures
That maintenance wizards do
It’s called defragmenter, scan disk,
And virus cleaning too!
Yet, computer and I work hand and eye
With a mouse to translate
The tasks that I want it to do
While IT points out my mistakes!
What do you think? Do you know of any other good IT joke sites or artists? Do you have any IT humor to share? Have a great weekend.
