I love the folks who work Enterprise Service Desks… or IT Help Desks, if you prefer. You have to admit that their work is thankless and mostly unrewarding. It does take a special kind of techie to put up with “users” all day long. It also results in a very dry sort of humor that I think, is a form of self protection!
